FIND MY STATUE

Only existing customers who have made a purchase on our website are eligible to submit requests. Requests from non-customers will not be considered. Please note that searching for resin statues is a time-consuming process that requires significant effort. As such, we cannot allow customers to exploit this free service.

Each request should include one photo, which must clearly represent the item you wish to request. Customers may submit a maximum of three requests per month.

Once an order is confirmed, deposits and payments are non-refundable and cannot be altered. The requested product is already reserved for you, making any changes or cancellations impossible.

Requested statues are not covered by post-sale support. However, in cases of damage, a partial refund may be offered. If the statue is lost during shipping, a full refund will be provided. For older statues, replacement parts are unlikely due to the discontinuation of production molds or factory closures.

You will be contacted if our team locates the requested product. If the product is unavailable, no further action will be taken.
