1. What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in collectible items, particularly high-quality resin statues made by professional factories in China. Most of our products are available for pre-order, meaning they’re still in the planning or production phase. Once production is complete, they will be shipped directly from China to your address. If you’re looking for something ready to ship, explore our in-stock items available in our European and Chinese warehouses.
2. Are shipping and customs fees included in the price?
Yes, shipping and customs fees are included in the price for customers in the European Union, United States, Australia, Canada, and Japan, ensuring there are no hidden charges. However, please note that some remote areas (such as islands) may have exceptions. When ordering from our Chinese warehouse or for pre-orders, shipping and customs fees are already included, unless otherwise specified. For items purchased from our European warehouse, shipping is free within the European Union only.
3. Are your products new?
Absolutely! All our products are 100% brand new, unless otherwise stated. We only sell genuine, unused items in their original packaging—we never offer recasts (third-party reproductions). We do not support these lower-quality alternatives. Each statue or collectible is produced exclusively by the studio behind the project, ensuring the highest quality.
4. Is it safe to buy from your website?
Definitely! Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We never store sensitive payment details. You can choose from various secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and PayPal. There are no hidden fees—everything is included, including PayPal fees, to guarantee full protection throughout your purchase.
5. How can I place an order?
Ordering is simple! Whether you want to purchase an in-stock item or place a pre-order, just follow the instructions on our “Purchase Guide” page. You’ll find all the information needed to complete your purchase quickly and smoothly.
6. Do I pay the full amount upfront, or can I pay a deposit and/or in installments?
You don’t need to pay the full amount upfront. We offer flexible payment options:
- Full payment: Pay upfront, and we’ll ship your item to the address provided once production is complete. If any changes are needed, please notify us in time, per order.
- 20% deposit: Pay just 20% for a pre-order, and we will send you a balance request via email once production is completed. You will have 30 days to settle the remaining amount.
- Installment plan: Pay in easy installments, and we will ship your item once production is completed. If production finishes before your payments are complete, we will request the remaining balance to avoid delays.
7. What do Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 mean?
These are the estimated release periods for pre-orders, corresponding to the four quarters of the yearr:
- Q1 (1st Quarter): January - March
- Q2 (2nd Quarter): April - June
- Q3 (3rd Quarter): July - September
- Q4 (4th Quarter): October - December
The expected mass production completion dates are indicated in each pre-order product description. Please note that these dates are subject to delays without prior notice from the manufacturer.
8. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product:
- Pre-orders: Ships from China after production, delivery in around 2 months.
- In-stock items from China: Ships within 10 days, delivery in around 2 months.
- In-stock items from Europe: Ships within 5 days, delivery in 7 days (for EU customers).
9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once confirmed, your order cannot be refunded, as the deposit is sent to the producer to cover production costs or reserve the item, and it serves as the cancellation fee. Collectibles are produced in limited quantities, often based exclusively on pre-orders. However, if you find someone willing to take over your order, we can process the transfer at no additional charge.
10. Are pre-order items guaranteed?
Yes, all pre-order items are guaranteed, unless the producer cancels the production. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. However, occasional delays due to production or logistics may occur. Rest assured, you will receive the item you pre-ordered as long as production continues.
11. Can I buy a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! You can purchase a gift for someone else by either entering their shipping address during checkout or by purchasing a gift card. Gift cards are available and can be used to shop on our site. Simply choose the amount, and your recipient can redeem it when they’re ready.
12. Can I choose the courier for shipping?
You cannot select a specific courier. However, we work with trusted, reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You can track your shipment through our tracking system, which will provide updates along the way.
13. What should I do if the product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects?
If the product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@clubhousestatues.com. We provide full after-sale support within 3 months from the product release, which includes repairs, replacement of damaged parts (if available), or partial refunds. For stock items released over 3 months from the release date, after-sale support is no longer available. 14. What if the product is a stock item released over 3 months ago?
For stock items released over 3 months from the release date, after-sale support is no longer available. This is because, after this period, the project is archived in the factory, or the producer may have discontinued production or support for that specific item. 15. Can I buy an out-of-stock or discontinued item?
If an item is out of stock or not listed, contact us and we’ll check if we can secure it for you. Statues are limited editions and may sell out quickly. You can join our waitlist to be notified when it’s back in stock, but availability may be limited, so act fast to avoid missing out.
