1. Is shipping and customs tax included in the price?
Yes. For orders shipped to the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan (excluding remote areas), the listed price includes:
- Cost of the product
- Shipping fees
- Customs taxes
- PayPal fees
There are no additional charges.
2. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:
1. Standard shipping (included in the price):
- UPS/DPD/FEDEX shipping via sea or rail
- Delivery in approximately 45-55 business days (subject to logistical delays)
2. Express shipping (available upon request for an additional fee):
- DHL/UPS/DPD/FEDEX shipping via air
- Delivery in approximately 10-15 business days (subject to logistical delays)
The choice of courier depends on logistical factors. By placing an order, you accept the estimated delivery times, which may vary due to reasons beyond our control. If you have concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, free shipping with customs taxes included is available only for the contiguous European Union, USA, Canada, Australia, and Japan (excluding remote areas).
If your address is located in a remote area or in a country not listed above, we will inform you of any additional shipping charges. For destinations outside these regions, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. overseas territories (such as Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), extra shipping fees may apply. We recommend contacting us before purchasing.
4. Is my address considered a remote area?
Remote areas generally include:
- Small islands
- Mountainous regions or ski resorts
- Locations with limited courier service
Each courier has its own list of remote areas. If you’re unsure, you can check directly with the courier or contact us for verification.
5. Where are the products shipped from?
Our shipments come from different locations depending on product availability:
- Pre-orders → Shipped directly from China after the release, with an estimated shipping time of approximately 2 months.
- Products in stock in China → Shipped from China within approximately 2 months.
- Products in stock in Europe → Shipped from Europe within approximately 7-10 days.
Always check the product’s availability before purchasing to know the estimated delivery time.
6. Why are the release and shipping times so long?
Shipping by train and sea can take time, and customs clearance is also a lengthy process. However, thanks to our tax-free methods, you won’t have to worry about additional costs. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. We’re doing our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is ready, it will be shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number within about 10-15 days. We recommend checking the tracking regularly to spot any issues. The final delivery date will only appear on the courier’s website once the package clears customs.
8. How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the tracking number on either ParcelsApp or KingTrans websites.
Once the package clears customs, the final delivery date will only be shown on the official courier website (for example, DPD or UPS).
9. What should I know about tracking updates?
- KingTrans is the official site of our Chinese courier, providing official updates (in Chinese). You can view them directly on KingTrans (use Google Chrome for automatic translation).
- ParcelsApp is a third-party app offering translated updates from KingTrans, but it may not be as fast to update as KingTrans itself.
Standard shipping takes about 45-55 business days, but delays can happen due to holidays or international events.
10. What happens after my package clears customs?
- Once your package clears customs, official courier websites (such as DPD or UPS) will show updates. The final delivery date will be provided there.
- KingTrans provides updates while the package is with a third-party courier in China, but once it’s transferred to UPS / DPD, updates will no longer appear on KingTrans and accurate updates will only be provided on the official website of the final courier.
11. Why hasn’t the tracking number updated yet?
The tracking number updates only after the package clears customs. Initially, it’s handled by a third-party service, and once cleared, it’s transferred to the final courier, who will provide updates and the delivery date. Don’t worry if there are no updates for a while — your package is still on its way, and you can track it on ParcelsApp or KingTrans.
12. Can I ask a neighbor to pick up my package for me?
We recommend providing a secure delivery address or being present during delivery. If the package is left with a neighbor or outside your door, especially for large items, we cannot be responsible for theft once the delivery status shows as completed.
13. Can packages get lost?
Our packages cannot be lost. We track all movements, although updates may not appear for the first 40 days. We appreciate your patience if there are delays due to logistics, customs, or epidemics.
14. What does it mean when the label has expired?
If a shipment is delayed, the courier system marks the label as expired after 90 days. Once the package clears customs, tracking will update, and it will be delivered within about 7-10 days. Thank you for your patience.
